Klaviyo

SMS

List growth, abandoned cart SMS, flash sale broadcasts, and post-purchase sequences. SMS is a high-ROI channel when used with restraint — we treat every send as something that has to earn its place in someone's lock screen.

Creative production

We make the ads, too.

Creative is the biggest lever in paid media. An account with better creative will outperform one with better structure every time. Creative production is included in the retainer — we ship new assets on the same cycle as our test cadence.

Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?

No. We charge a flat monthly fee. Percentage-of-spend models create the wrong incentive — an agency earns more when you spend more, whether or not more spend is the right move. Our fee doesn't change if your ad spend goes up. We optimize for net revenue, not spend volume.

You do, always. All ad accounts stay in your Business Manager, under your name. Creative assets are delivered to your Google Drive. We work as admins under your access — if we ever parted ways, everything would still be yours.

Yes. We do an account audit in week one — what's working, what's not, and what data we can salvage. We rarely recommend burning everything down. Campaigns and audiences that are performing stay. The structure gets cleaned up and the creative gets refreshed, but we don't discard learnings your previous spend bought.

We use MTA (multi-touch attribution) via Northbeam or Triple Whale as our source of truth — not Meta's or Google's native attribution, which is inevitably self-serving. We also look at MER (marketing efficiency ratio) at the business level. Platform ROAS is one data point, not the answer.
