Payments

• Payments must be made according to the agreed proposal or invoice.
• Deposits and milestone payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Final project files may be withheld until outstanding payments are cleared.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables will be transferred to the client unless otherwise stated.

The Active Solution reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.

Third-party assets, plugins, fonts, or software remain subject to their respective licenses.

Revisions

Revision limits will be specified within the project proposal.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Project Cancellation

Either party may terminate a project with written notice.

Any completed work up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.

Deposits already paid may not be refundable depending on project progress.

Limitation of Liability

The Active Solution shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Website downtime caused by third-party providers
• Issues resulting from unauthorized modifications made by the client or third parties

Users agree not to:
