Shopify Service

Shopify builds that convert from day one.

We don't hand you a theme with your logo on it. Every build is designed around your customer's buying journey, your catalog structure, and the growth channels you'll run post-launch.

What’s included

Every build covers all of this.

No line items for "extra" pages or "additional" integrations after the contract is signed.
The scope is defined in week one and fixed from there.

Migrations

Moving from WooCommerce, Magento, or BigCommerce.

Migration is more than a data transfer. We replatform your store so it arrives on Shopify with a better structure than it left the old platform with.

Data

Products, customers, orders

Full data migration with history preserved. Customer accounts migrated. Order history imported. SEO URLs redirected — no rankings dropped on launch day.

SEO

Redirect mapping & SEO preservation

We audit your top-traffic URLs before migration, map every redirect, and monitor rankings in the weeks after launch. No surprises on the organic side.

Cleanup

A better structure on arrival

Most stores arrive on Shopify bloated. We restructure collections, clean up tag taxonomy, and rationalize variants so you're starting with a clean catalog, not a copy of the old mess.

Tech stack

What we build with.

We're opinionated about the stack because we've seen what works at scale. You
get our defaults unless your existing setup requires otherwise.

Timeline

6 weeks from kickoff to launch.

Week 1

Discovery & architecture

Kickoff call, catalog audit, customer journey mapping, sitemap, and IA. We also audit your existing analytics to understand where users are dropping off today.

Week 2

Design — wireframes & Figma

Wireframes for all key templates, then full-fidelity Figma designs. Two rounds of design revision included. You sign off before we write code.

Development & integration

Liquid development, app integrations, checkout customizations, and performance work. Weekly Loom walkthroughs. Staging environment for your review throughout.

Week 3–5

Week 6

QA, data migration & launch

Cross-browser QA, checkout flow testing, data migration and validation, redirect implementation. DNS cutover with you live on a call. 30-day post-launch support window starts here.

On builds, scope, and delivery.

How do you decide whether Shopify Plus is necessary?

Not every brand needs Shopify Plus. We evaluate your revenue, operational complexity, checkout requirements, international needs, and growth plans before recommending a platform. If standard Shopify is the better fit, we'll tell you.

Yes. Before migration, we audit your highest-value pages, map redirects, preserve metadata, and monitor performance after launch. The goal is to move platforms without sacrificing the organic traffic you've already earned.

We lock the core scope during the discovery phase to keep timelines predictable. If new requirements emerge, they're scoped separately so you always know the impact on budget and delivery dates before approving any additional work.

Absolutely. We build stores so internal teams can easily manage products, collections, content, and promotions. We also provide training and documentation before handover.

Every build includes a post-launch support period to address bugs, monitor performance, and ensure a smooth transition. Many clients then continue with us for ongoing CRO, development, and growth support.

Tell us about your store.

Send us the details and we'll reply with a written scoping response within one
business day. Or book a 30-minute call if you'd rather talk first.
